* Added bindings for Signable, SigningConfig, Signing

* Fixed PHP5.6 argument vector madness

* Added SigningConfigAWS implementation and lifetime tests

* Updated .gitignore

* Added impl for Signing::signRequestAws(), laid out sigv4 test
