Correctly flagged by Psalm:

        $parts = php_preg_split($pattern, $subject, $limit, $flags);
```

The `$limit` argument of the PHP native `preg_split()` function is not nullable.

Jaapio 690d9cd45f Introduce safe preg_split 
Removes the need for extra assertions which makes the code
more readable, and reduces the overhead of an is_array check.
