* chore: introduce psalm

* chore: remove dead code

* chore: run psalm workflow

* chore: run psalm in grumphp

* normalize composer.json

* chore: analyse --> analyze

* chore: just remove psalm when running tests instead of worrying about dependency mismatch hell
