Reference the child class (your actual model), instead of the base
model, using static (same behaviour as $this).

Adds a check to prevent a foreach on an empty list of methods, which raises an Exception and stops generating the IDE Helper file.

Barry vd. Heuvel 843fbc04c4 Extend eloquent from Query Builder 
Fixes #6
Eloquent doesn't have the where() methods, and other query methods, but
resolves them with __call(). Extending the Builder class seems the most
appropriate solution.

Barry bcde5334ba Seperated generated file from package. Added --sublime option 
This way the package will be updated less, and you don't have double IDE
helpers (in you vendor dir, and the generated version).
Also added a Sublimetext version, with different way of calling the root
class.

Helper file not included by default, but can be enabled with the config
file. Default value can be overridden with the --helpers (-H) of
--nohelpers (-N) options.
