Extend eloquent from Query Builder

Fixes #6
Eloquent doesn't have the where() methods, and other query methods, but
resolves them with __call(). Extending the Builder class seems the most
appropriate solution.

Seperated generated file from package. Added --sublime option
...
This way the package will be updated less, and you don't have double IDE
helpers (in you vendor dir, and the generated version).
Also added a Sublimetext version, with different way of calling the root
class.
